lyrics

Morning has come again, the sun is stabbing me like a maniac, there’s one shoe left on my feet, I need to look for my dignity. So I just keep on and on, one foot in front of the other one, these motions are a lie, there’s no passion in hazy eyes. The feel, the stretch, like a candle running out of length. My god, I’m tired, there’s nothing left of desire. Right here, this sounds, like I shouldn’t have gone out in town, this train is a wreck, services are running at five percent. You can’t say that things will never changeand that we are idiots to dream of better days. You can’t say that things will never change and that we will always be the same that’s pretty lame. Some people have bedroom eyes, mine show a brain cell genocide. I like to watch the sunrise, up drinking from the prior night. The feel, the stretch, like a candle running out of length. My god, I’m tired, there’s nothing left of my desire. My pants are on fire! Put em’ out, put em out, I’ve tried! Is this really what we want, forever stuck on the train that’s all stops. This hole in my heart I fill with single malt, pain gives me something to feel. Maybe just for a bit, we could sit and read, dry out, maybe take some time to take some time. I won’t dry out, won’t let the fun die out. I won’t put a cork in my dreams.

burning with the intensity of six billion suns, we are four guys who have been playing music for some time and go alright at it. We like fast catchy songs and try to put that along with socially aware lyrics. Most of it is about drinking though, alcoholism and self loathing <3. ... more
